TERMS OF SALE – DEUS PHOS

  1. GENERAL

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through www.deusphos.com website (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. DEUS PHOS reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

  1. PRODUCTS

DEUS PHOS sunglasses are crafted with premium materials and expert craftsmanship. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for reference and may be subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color and design may occur.

  1. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT based on the shipping destination within the European Union. If you are purchasing from outside the EU, you are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees applicable in your country.

Payment must be made at checkout using the available payment options, which may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other secure payment methods. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. DEUS PHOS reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not authorized or suspected of fraud.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has already been processed. Orders cannot be modified once they are confirmed.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days within the EU.

Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. DEUS PHOS is not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers have the right to return unworn and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.

To initiate a return, contact orders@deusphos.com with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  1. WARRANTY

DEUS PHOS sunglasses come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

-Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

-Scratches on lenses or frames due to daily use.

-Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

To request a warranty claim, contact info@deusphos.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

  1. LIABILITY & LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

DEUS PHOS shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

Customers are responsible for using our products correctly and following care instructions. DEUS PHOS does not guarantee suitability for specific activities or environments.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

DEUS PHOS is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and comply with EU regulations on e-commerce and consumer rights. Any disputes arising from the purchase of DEUS PHOS products shall be settled in the courts of Athens, Greece.

For EU consumers, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) may be available through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
