ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS
The products appearing for sale on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason following the placement of an order for product(s), we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, cancel your order in respect of the relevant product(s), and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product(s) which cannot be supplied by us.
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions or any other problem identified by us.
PRICES AND PAYMENT POLICY
The prices of products displayed on the Website and applicable delivery charges are listed in Euros (€). These amounts are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of any additional applicable taxes or import duties, which the customer is solely responsible for paying. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the products and will be indicated separately during the check-out process.
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Other payment methods as specified on the Website.
All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.
CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@deusphos.com or orders@deusphos.com before your order has been processed. If your order has already been processed, cancellation will be treated as a return.
You may return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), we will refund the price paid for the product(s). Please note that applicable taxes, import duties, and delivery charges are non-refundable. The customer is solely responsible for any additional costs incurred, including customs duties and shipping fees, both for the initial delivery and the return process.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All copyright, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, designs, the “look and feel” of the Website, other intellectual property, and material rights on and relating to the Website, including software and all HTML and other code contained in the Website, are and shall at all times remain vested in Deus Phos and/or are the property of their respective owners, and are protected by Greek and international trademark and copyright laws.
