RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the first delivery attempt date for refund.
Conditions for Returns
- All items must be in perfect condition and original packaging intact.
- Deus Phos reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those not sent in accordance with this policy. In such cases, the merchandise will be returned to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days after the returned items are inspected and accepted.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Pack the product(s) securely in their original packaging.
- Complete the return form here and submit it through the website for review. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions by mail on how to complete the return.
RETURN FEES
We offer free return shipping for one item per return within Greece via Geniki Taxidromiki Courier Services. To qualify, simply use Geniki Taxidromiki and select “recipient’s charge” when sending your parcel.
If you return more than one item, the return shipping cost for additional items will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose a different courier, you will be responsible for the entire shipping cost regardless of the number of items returned.
Note: Each customer is entitled to one exchange within a 12-month period.
- Returns from Outside Greece:
Customers returning items from outside Greece are responsible for all shipping costs.
For returns from outside the EU, customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.
